Beaver Tails 51/365
For day 51, I actually had the challenge of having too many good shots, rare during this 365, but I had to go with this beaver tail shot. For my non Canadian contacts, you probably are wondering what the heck is a beaver tail? Well, it's a pastry shape in the form of beaver tail, sprinkled with a variety of toppings ranging from cinnamon/sugar and lemon, to chocolate, jams, or cheese. They are absolutely delicious. Since 1978, they have been part of the Ottawa experience, especially if you skate the canal, you must indulge in a one of them!
