Spartan Signals

After chasing 21M with the Illinois Terminal heritage unit, I decided to stick around to wait for 23M who was running not far behind with an SD70 leading. Here, 23M is seen passing beneath the 263 signal bridge in Summerhill, PA in brilliant sunlight. Of course, when 21M went by, the sun was not out.
