The Blue Ridge Mountains
As seen from Skyline Drive. The mountains were so beautiful yesterday. The people were only a little annoying and we only got passed one time ... the other driver crossing a double solid line on a curve to do so. We were doing the speed limit of 35 but after all he was driving a Vet and Had to go faster because what's to see up there anyway??? (sorry for the sarcasm!) It really takes the joy out of this park because of the people who willing want to risk their lives and ours not to mention any wildlife that might happen to be crossing the road. Rant over and carrying on, Anita and I had the best time yesterday and had lunch at our favorite place up on the drive. A great day!
