Buttercup and pollinator
The Buttercups are starting to bloom! OK, so this is a good and a bad thing. The good is because these are among my favorite flowers and my weed filled "lawn" has them in abundance. So Beautiful! And as you can see they are great for the pollinators (anyone know what this one is?) The Bad thing is that it means lawn mowing season is about to begin! LOL I try to hold off on the mowing until most of the "weed" flowers are done. The purple & white violets and all the other tiny little volunteers. The buttercups are about the last and I have been known to mow around the largest clumps of them. :)
