Midway
Midway between the "Fairy Forest" and Seneca rocks I saw this beautiful scene and couldn't resist a snap. You can see the moon getting ready to put out some light. This time of year, and especially later in the afternoon the shadows are very strong and I really like that. I also like the hex sign on the barn. The line of white looking trees at the base of the mountains are Sycamores and I'm guessing there is a river or creek running along there as they grow profusely along the banks of water. Perhaps it's the Greenbriar River as we did follow that for some way. Taken while careening down the road with Anita at the wheel! :D
