Yesterday out and about with Anita was Fantastic! Just turning right or left as the mood struck. Funny thing about that is we often go in complete circles but we just as often get totally lost. We had already discovered that we had been down this particular road before about two years ago but somehow, we missed this little covered bridge so it was an amazing new find! It is a bridge to a private residence so we couldn't go across it. Here we are sitting on one of Virginia's low water bridges. I think the reason that we missed it before is that we went down this road in July (2019) and going in the other direction so quite possibly foliage concealed it. Or, in 2 years time it could have been built and it's new. Just glad we saw it this time! :) It was a day of re-discovering things we had seen in our past drives and new things that we missed before. It was very foggy and rainy yesterday adding to the sense of adventure and discovery.
