The Waltons
In Schuyler Virgina, the home of Earl Hamner who wrote the Waltons television series. A very similar house was used for the TV show. Late afternoon sun lit up some of the upstairs rooms which I thought was pretty cool. By the time we arrived here the house was closed to tours but we did sit up on the porch for a spell for a bit of a chat. Until we noticed the security camera watching us. The old truck in the yard was pretty neat. They removed the handles off the doors of it so Anita wasn't able to get in it! LOL
