Poor Schools
Another problem that those in poverty face are the poor schools that their kids are forced to go to due to their location. Most schools that are located in poor areas are surrounded by a fence and are normally very old, such as the one in this picture that is located downtown Greensboro. Why are fences a commonality among poor schools? Is it because of the increased crime rate among the poor and poverty stricken areas?
