It is not only a place of worship but also a school for orphans and underprivileged children. The school opened in 1991 under the guidence of the head nun Thich Nu Dieu Y. They cater for around 130 students most living at the Pagoda and range from kindegarden to primary school. The teachers donate their time. Visitors are welcome and assistance in any form is appreciated.
