12P/Pons-Brooks next to Hamal in Aries

This evening the comet was near the second magnitude star Hamal (α Aries), which made for a nice juxtaposition.

 

Stack of 30 frames (on stars), taken with StellaLyra 6 inch f4 Newtonian, with TS GPU Superflat, Nikon Z7ii, on AZEQ6. 15 seconds each at ISO 3,200. Stacked and processed in Affinity Photo 2.
