Exact location isn't known for sure (the corrugated iron hoadings in the background are a bit of a mystery), but its possibly the stone masons on Box Hill again (or certainly one of the other stone masons nearby). At the time, all the stone masons around the local area were producing fine examples of stonework similar to this. Again Peter Woodgate is featured posing next to this piece of elaborate stonework.
