Replacement.

Dating back to 1870, the New Presque Isle Lighthouse was built when it was decided to put up an entirely new structure rather then update the original light from 1840. The lantern room was equipped with a third order Fresnel Lens which was pulled in 2003, refurbished and placed in the museum in 2012.
