Stop Killing Elephants!
Each elephant folded from an uncut square sheet of paper (8,9cm)
OrigamiUSA in a partnership with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is trying to break the Guinness World Records™ title for the largest display of origami elephants. The goal is to reach 35,000 origami elephants to bring attention to the 35,000 elephants that are killed each year for their ivory.
The deadline for sending in elephants is Sept 16, 2016. Additional information is available on the OrigamiUSA website.
In order to help to reach that goal Evan Zodl kindly made a beautiful video tutorial for my “An Elephant for Barth”.
