Week 1: Nature abstract

What attracted me to this image: the different shapes, the colours and the sheer texture of the different parts, some smooth and others rough. I always feel a great connection to nature. I composed a close-up shot that I may better observe the different elements and contrast in harmonious tones of natural colours.
