Don's Bug Barn is an early model Volkswagen salvage yard located in East Texas. It is located outside Athens, TX on Highway 175. The cylinder head was sitting on a VW hood! I made this for a depth of field challenge with my photo club. Wasn't sure how the wide angle would do for that purpose. With my Tamron f/2.8 zoom I could have diminished the background considerably more, but I didn't want the extra weight of that lens for this walk about, which was an all day adventure. I'm too old for a lot of weight!
