Wild Chicory
It’s common along roadsides and in our local forest preserves, so it’s appropriate for Cliche Saturday. I like the pretty blues of these simple little flowers, and I think it’s interesting how the ends of each petal look as though they’ve been clipped off by someone with pinking shears. :-)
