And this is how to administer the injection. Using your right hand, inject into your left side in a "pulling" left-to-right motion of your elbow. (Lefties use the left hand and right side, of course.)
The advantage of this over what seems obvious at first (i.e. injecting into your same-as-hand side) is that your wrist and elbow are relaxed and naturally posed. There is very little muscular stress or hand-shake this way.
