Upper Lodge ...
When I googled our cottage called the Tack Barn, I first came across a picture of this beautiful mansion. Unfortunately, the Upper Lodge itself wasn't our home for a week, but the converted barn which is just to the left of this picture was a very fine alternative. Set in a beautiful and quiet location it was a great place from which to explore Sussex.
