Hugo Chavez

Hugo Chavez is one of the poorer barrios (neighborhoods) in Managua. However, they have been successful at recruiting some youth to become involved in the study who would otherwise most likely be involved in less than productive activities.

These guys actually created a reggaeton song about dengue. Next time I hang out with them I am going to ask them to preform it.
