So, no amount of pictures in the world will convey the final testing and trouble shooting phase of a project like this. needless to say, it is never the case that you put something like this together, turn it on, and it just works perfectly. Some things work, others don't, and you just address each problem one at a time until everything is up and running. It normally takes a few days to debug everything. this time though things went pretty well. I had wired the spindle control card backwards, and forgot to install the driver software in the computer. other than that a little tweaking here and there and I had things up and running pretty smooth in an afternoon.
