Dark Horse

Visible are the Lagoon Nebula, Dark Horse and Rho Ophiuchi.

 

EQUIPMENT:

-Nikon D800 (unmodified)

-Nikon Nikkor 85mm/1.8

ACQUISION:

-Bortle zone 2 or 3

-50 light frames @ 3sec f/1.8 ISO-6400

-10 dark frames and 10 flat frames

PROCESSING:

-Sequator for stacking

-GIMP for curves fine tuning and compression into JPG
