I happened to look up a few minutes before noon today and saw a rainbow colored cloud above a regular white cloud as shown. I do not know how long it had been in the sky, I do know it dissipated within 10 minutes of first seeing the cloud. With the naked eye the rainbow colors appeared stronger in color (pink, yellow and bluish green) than they show in the photo. Small white clouds on left formed in a square pattern.
