Calchaqui Cocktail by Cesar Diaz

 

2 oz Pisco Control C

1 oz plum wine syrup

.75 oz lemon juice (fresh)

5 chunks red bell pepper

1 pinch mint

 

Method: Muddle the red pepper and mint. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake and strain.
