FISH-TALKS in ISTANBUL
Il bello di appartenere alle terre diverse o di viaggiare è che ciascuno di noi vediamo le storie diverse sullo stesso luogo...
Io quando penso ad Istanbul, l'associo ai suoi ponti che uniscono Asia ed Europa, alla modernità ed all'antichità, al moderno, insieme e non contradittorio al tradizionale...poi penso al magico Bosforo che ospita luci, traghetti, millioni di persone che atraversano tra i due continenti ogni giorno; i suoi correnti, venti forti, i suoi spettacoli ...i suoi pesci buonissimi e -non lo so perchè- sopratutto ai pescatori... vi racconterò l'Istanbul dei pescatori per unpò ...Uomini, donne, ragazzini di tutte le età.

I think one of the best things of making part of a foreign land or travelling is that , each one of us see a different story of the same place.
Whenever I think of Istanbul, I associate it to its magic, giant bridges that unite Asia with Europa, the modern with the antique, the modern one with the traditional one; then of the magic Bosphourous: its strong winds, good fish...and don't know why- its fishermen..Before telling on other stories, i'll tell you a bit of fisherman tales of Istanbul....Men,women and children...people of all ages.

ps: The main pic is the Ortakoy district of Istanbul, a serious of pics taken during and right after the rain mixed with snow. Pitty that the next day it snowed the whole day and i could've got pics with snow..

NB: la foto principiale è nel quartiere di Ortakoy di Istanbul. Mentre facevo alcuni scatti li, pioveva tantissimo ma alcuni pescavano lo stesso. Il giorno dopo ha nevicato molto e peccato che non sono riuscita ad uscire a causa di bufera di neve..ma qualche scatto sotto la neve l'ho fatto...magari qualcosa metterò prossimamente.
