Metallic Skirt
I bought the 2 inch wide silver metallic elastic from: www.zibbet.com/Puffytots
This is the most fun fabric. It's 100% polyester and is machine washable and dryable. It shimmers, is drapey and is so soft and twirlable. I cut two 15 inch lengths straight across the width of the fabric. I sewed them together which gave me about 80 inches. I gathered it up along with the same lengths of babysilk 100% polyester lining fabric and sewed it to the elastic.
