The golden bunting is a species of bird in the Bunting family. It is the most common bunting in Europe and one of the characteristic breeding birds of the Feldmark. Outside the breeding season, larger squads sometimes form, which gather at favorable feeding places on the edge of villages or at pheasant and partridge chutes. During the breeding season, on the other hand, the golden bunting is strictly territorial.

Die Goldammer ist eine Vogelart aus der Familie der Ammern. Sie ist die häufigste Ammer in Europa und einer der charakteristischen Brutvögel der Feldmark. Außerhalb der Brutzeit bilden sich mitunter größere Trupps, die sich an günstigen Nahrungsplätzen am Rand von Dörfern oder an Fasanen- und Rebhuhnschütten einfinden. Während der Brutzeit dagegen ist die Goldammer streng territorial.
