1973 Chevrolet ElCamino (motor city resin casters)
A resin trans kit . Needs the the AMT 69 Oldsmobile for the suspension and the 70’s JoHan Oldsmobile cutlass for the glass.
Luckily I had a scrapped cutlass otherwise would of had of shelled out for a new kit. Unfortunately I didn’t have a spare 69 Oldsmobile and they’re quite expensive now. So I used a whole chassis from a 1970 442 that I had kicking around . I had to chop it down though.
Anyway, it’s a good casting but you do need several donor kits for the wheels, chassis, glass and head lights and mirrors and you have to chrome the bumpers yourself for whic( I used a Molotov chrome pen.It even comes with decals for the badging .
I based this on one I used to see as a kid . At some point I’d like to add widewhite stripes down the hood and tail gate .
