1959 Lincoln Continental (AMT)
This has had a bit of a rough life. I bought it built up hardtop. Hand painted sky blue roof with yellowed unpainted white plastic body, faded chrome and bits stuck all over it . I stripped it, putied it and painted it black with a blue interior. The paint got damaged a few years later so I stripped it down again but whilst removing the roof it broke along with the window frame as the plastic was quite brittle. So I bought a new window frame from Modelhaus and a convertible boot and repainted it black again. It just didn’t look right as a black soft top so I repainted it again in this white and kept the original blue interior from when it was painted black.
