West Macs Ranges

Beautiful morning light on the West Macdonnell Ranges.

The boulder on the right was relocated from the Devil's Marbles and marks the final resting place for the ashes of the Reverand John Flynn, founder of the Flying Doctor Service - an outback icon meeting the medical needs of patients in remote locations.

This was a particularly special shoot for me as it was with my Dad!

Taken with a Pentax 645Nii medium format film camera and fuji velvia 50 film
