Alligator Creek Falls - Overnight Hike

Went for an overnight hike to these falls. The trail starts from Alligator Creek picnic area then travels 8.5 kms through open woodland and vine thickets before climbing through the rainforest surrounding the river as it climbs up mt Elliot to the falls.
The falls there are amazing! And massive! Being in the dry season there was only a small amount of water, but I could only imagine how impressive they'd be in the wet!
Climbing up the falls just seems to go on and on, but once the top is reached the views are so great, looking over hidden valley and beyond the mountain range. Didn't take the camera up the top of the falls though, so no photos from there unfortunately.
