Breastbone stabbing the stomach

This diagram is part of The Posture Theory, it shows how, in some combinations of spine and chest shapes, leaning forward stabs the lower tip of the sword shaped breastbone into the junction of the foofpipe and stomach and can cause severe stomach pain. The problem can be prevented or relieved by adopting a good posture and avoiding leaning forward repeatedly. This diagram is my copyright. See here users.chariot.net.au/~posture
