This is part of the new Market Square mixed used development, under construction, in the Northern part of the city of Frederick, Maryland, USA, across the street from the new Clemson Corner shopping center, where the new Wegmans Grocery Store and Lowe's Home Improvement Store are located, as well as some smaller retail establishments. Frederick, Maryland is the second largest incorporated city, and fifth largest community of any type, here in the state of Maryland, with a population of about 66,000 people, and growing relatively fast.
