Out behind the barn, Newcastle, Texas
Taken during my first trip to Texas, here's an old dead Chevy on a friend's back land. It has somehow avoided being the target of hunters that feel the most convenient way to unload a rifle is through the end of the barrel. The car might have once been a "keeper" and parked out of the weather in that empty barn. Instead, it shares space with several pieces of dead harvesting / cultivating equipment on a few acres of land near the Brazos River.
Taken with my second digital camera, a Kodak DX6490.
