Jacksboro, Texas road trippers
While passing through Jacksboro recently we spotted this car load of bucks parked just off the main square. I was reminded immediately of the scene from the flick "Tommy Boy" where a supposedly road killed buck returned to life in the back seat of a car, thoroughly trashing it while escaping. We pulled a quick (probably illegal) U-turn to stop and grab a few photos. This viewpoint shows this classy car's better side. On the driver side is a large yellow sign proclaiming that wine, beer, and other liquor can be purchased here (store was behind me). Three bucks were masked (Covid), but one had evidently been vaccinated and felt wearing a mask wasn't necessary.
