Dandelion petals... Iscorama anamorphic

A portion of a Dandelion blossom taken to test the combination of a foil covered reflector card and a bowl diffuser used together. A stiff breeze was moving the flower around making framing almost impossible, so I "cheated' and held it steady with my left hand.

Nikon D40, Nikkor-H 85mm f/1.8 lens focused at infinity, Iscorama anamorphic lens (1968), also focused at infinity, with the objective from a junk Soligor 75-205mm f/3.5 macro-zoom lens reverse mounted on the Isco, 1/4000 sec @ f/16, ISO 400. Lighting provided by a Nikon SB-23 flash shot through a diffuser made from the plastic bowl from a frozen dinner, and bounced off one foil covered reflector on the right arm of a homemade bracket. Previous testing revealed that the Soligor objective's barrel was quite long, resulting in some light from the flash being blocked, so it was cut down to a length of 2 inches, eliminating that problem.
