Using the Crimson Cloud Mermaid SVG, I cut out the mermaid on my Cricut. Background brayered with Hydrangea Big'n'Juicy, sentiment stamped from Treasures of the Ocean stamp set(Creative Expressions), shells stamped from Mermaid and Friends stamp set (Creative Expressions).
Tail glittered using Thistle stickles.
