On this one I used in Photoshop Topaz Labs BusSim, Water color with finishing touches transparency set to 50. and vignette set at strength 1.00, size .60 transition at .15 and curvature at .60. Then in Photoshop I went to the Edit dropdown and applied Fade to Screen at 100%. I went back into Topaz Labs Line and Ink and applied Cartoon Natural II.
