Near end of a Paris sunset on the very top of the Effiel Tour. The temperature was near freezing and it was extremely windy. The view and the experience make it worthwhile. I was astounded by the beauty and vastness of the city. I felt on top of the world and yet so insignificant simultaneously. I just stood there and quietly observed the darkness coming over the city as the sun sets. Suddenly, the tower lit up and the city came alive with it. The drops of light felt like the middle of a galaxy. In that moment, I was exhilaratingly happy.
