Bitans Tangram Set

This 11-Piece Tangram Set consists of only 2 different Puzzle Pieces or "Tans".

 

To make this set, simply refer to the diagrams for the Traditional Tangram or the Chie No Ita Tangram. 4 sheets of standard Kami [15cm square] are required.

 

Cut the paper and make 6 copies of Puzzle Shape B and 5 copies of Puzzle Shape C.

There are also some puzzle shapes for you to assemble in the diagrams for the Traditional Tangram set. To assemble the puzzle shapes, you are required to use ALL the 11 Tans in the set. You can rotate or flip over the Tans but you are not allowed to stack or overlap them... Good luck.

 

You can also make a larger set, using 8 sheets of standard Kami [15cm square]. Follow the diagrams for the Regulus Tangram Set and fold 5 copies of Puzzle shape A and 6 copies of Puzzle Shape E.
