This is a USB-powered AM/FM radio designed to look like a retro-styled studio microphone. Doesn't function as a mic, though, just looks like one. The part that says "On The Air" at the top lights up when the volume knob is turned to on. Unfortunately, this one doesn't seem to work. I get no sound at all when I turn it on. The only thing that happens is "On The Air" lights up. :-|
addendum: I've been talking by email to the people at www.dreamcheeky.com (who designed and produced the thing) about my problems with it,and they've elected for me to return it to them at their expense so they can examine it and replace or repair it. Fine by me! :D
