Completed Civil War Quilt
I couldn't wait until the finished binding to show off this quilt. My husband, the photographer, is leaving town and will not be back for a couple of weeks to take the photo so I made him do the photo before he left even though the binding is only half finished. This quilt will hang in the local community theater and must be completed by Oct. 31st. I think I will just meet the deadline. I am also including a close-up of a few blocks and a close-up of the back. I will be putting these pictures on the CW quilt Flickr group as well. I am putting them up on this WS Flickr because I am not sure if the group is going back to the CW blog. I am so glad it is done! Now I can catch up on the WS blocks. I am at least 3 weeks behind. I have enjoyed looking at everyone else's blocks and they are fantastic. I haven't even had time to comment on any of them.
