PUNCH LIST: move that water pipe so I don't smack my head doing laundry, remove shelves to create space to do laundry, dry wall hole in back wall, remove old flourescent lighting and styrofoam ceiling, install pot lights in celiing and dry wall ceiling, paint walls blue, turn entire nook into shelving, buy new washer and dryer, install wooden board on top washer and dryer
