This is the first slide that the Pentax K-1 struggled with regarding dynamic range, though I like the result. May need to look into enabling the HDR mode or manually combining different exposures for these type of shots, but they are rare - I think it's the combination of sunny snow and shaded lantern that caused it.
I liked the look of the border so I left it in on this one, at the moment I am using plastic slide mounts, as the glass enlarger negative carrier I tried was causing newton rings as well as having a few scratches. Even without perfect film flatness, the f/10 aperture seems to give enough depth of field. But I will try a glassless enlarger negative carrier next so I don't have to keep cutting and mounting each frame.
