Flat White at 40 Hands cafe, Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
The coffee was excellent at this place. The guy running it is Australian so there's a real Melbourne-ish feel to the way they do things - especially the coffee. Their coffee is roasted in Aus and they have a bunch of single origins on offer too.
Recently featured in Monocle magazine, this place packs in the expat crowd, especially at weekend brunch times.
