Red Necked Phalarope

On an overcast day I sat in the same pool of water. This Phalarope pauses with perhaps one of many insects they were plucking from the surface. They were definitely fueling up on their way North. Took advantage of the real close ones this time around. More soft light shots and golden light shots to come. Click for large view.
