Elegance

I tried getting some photos of the Blue Winged Teals but was unsuccessful. So I had to ask myself do I wait all day and not get anything. I made the move to try my hand and some better Green Winged Teal photos. Upon our arrival the Green Winged Teals were so close and sitting about five feet in front of us, but the challenge was the light again.!! I felt doubtful that we would get any light. The storm predicted for three days was definitely on its way in. The gray clouds were invading the sky slowly and my friend said we shall get golden light! I said yeah right. But then...Voila! The sun burned through giving me the same amount of time to get my shot as it took the nearby Gadwalls to mate! That's a small window folks! Click for slightly better clarity.
