Western Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly in Bellingham

Since I first started seeing butterflies flitting about a couple weeks ago, I've been hoping to get a picture. But they've been too quick for me. Until today. Today as I was coming out of the Post Point trail I saw a butterfly right in front of me - and she was just hanging there, all still and peaceful, soaking in the sun. What a gift!
