Anniversary Clock contemplation.
Anniversary clocks are torsion pendulum clocks that have to be wound only once a year. The pendulum of an anniversary clock rotates horizontally and is twisting back and forth instead of swinging. The mechanism of these clocks is usually exposed under a glass dome which makes them collector's items for enthusiasts. Unfortunately, I could never get this one to run for more than an hour or so!
