For anyone unafraid of bullying, a tag to support the basic right, listed bellow, to freely use any ideas and concepts put into the world, as defined by the law.

A pear shaped doll is an 'idea' and you cannot copyright an idea, no matter what anyone is arguing.

 

From the WIPO themselves on the matter -

"Copyright protection extends only to expressions, and not to ideas, procedures, methods of operation or mathematical concepts as such."

 

This applies to France, Korea, and the rest of the world. You cannot copyright the idea or concept of a doll who is pear shaped, even if someone has pictures of your doll around their shop, using it as inspiration for their own project.

 

That is the begining and end of the argument there the Pun/Mikhaila is concerned. As it isn't a legal issue as is clearly defended above by the letter of the law itself, this is a personal issue between DoD's imagined 'offense' and Leeke's refusal to back down when legally they've done nothing wrong.
