NATIONAL TREASURE? The peeling paint on BR Suburban Lavatory Composite Coach E43046 (Diagram 313 Lot 94 Doncaster 1955) reveals three layers of numbering as this National Collection coach awaits restoration in open storage in the NRM's South Yard on 14th September 2017.

Photographic evidence would suggest that this coach has not moved from this location for at least seven years.
